Can I choose my fabrics?

Yes of course you can. A wide range of fabrics are available to choose from. Fabrics come and go so fast at Paws. Always new ones coming out. If you would like to see them please take a look at my albums. If there is something you have in mind and you can’t see it, let me know. I have a fantastic supplier, who has 1000’s to choose from. But here is info on the most popular designs chosen.

How do I pay?

You can order securely via the website, using the quick checkout option and pay via PayPal, safely and securely. I can also accept bank transfer or cash on collection/delivery. When ordering please add your email address and an invoice will be sent across. Here is the Quick Order form 


How big are the bandannas/bows etc?

All the sizes can be found in the description on the individual pages for each product. But a quick view album can be found on my Facebook page here 


Do I have to buy in bulk?

No, not all. We tend to sell all our items in bulk. But we also have a lot of customers who are dog owners, that buy from us. For more information or prices, please send me an email pawsboutique2016@gmail.com or you can leave me a message on Paws Facebook page.


Is postage extra?

All orders include 2nd class recorded delivery, via Royal Mail. When your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking code. These get sent automatically after your order has been sent. Tracking codes go live on the Royal Mail website after 5.30pm (Monday to Friday). You can upgrade to 1st class postage for and extra £1, this normally means your order can be with you the next day.

For orders outside the UK, there will be an additional charge. Please get in touch for more information.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch products within 3 – 5 days, via Royal Mail. All orders are sent 2nd class. 

Flower orders please allow between 7 to 10 days for your order to be ready. There is always a very good chance you will get your order sooner, rather than later. But at Peak times, please bear with me. It can get pretty crazy sometimes 🙂


Can I return my order if I am unhappy?

I hope that you will be happy with your order. But if for any reason this is not the case then please get in touch – hopefully I can rectify the situation. I am only human and there are rare occasions when something has gone wrong. I will do everything I can to rectify it. But If you still feel you’d like to return the goods for a refund please let us know and I will supply you with my address for a return.

Goods should be returned in an UNUSED condition within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price. Please ensure you return the goods using recorded postage, as if lost you may need to claim from Royal Mail.
